    What do you think would be the scariest experience of all?  Bungee jumping?  Jumping out of a plane?  Speaking in front of a crowd?  Sitting through a whole dinner with people you don't know?  Being home alone when the lights go out?  Describe an experience that you think would be horrifying and why.

    If you had a magic wand - and you could change anything about yourself or your life - what would you change? Why would you change that?  Be specific.  Write @ least 7 sentences.

FRIDAY

    Next week we will begin our unit on Mythology.  The people who believed in these myths also believed that their lives were in the "hands of fate."  In other words, they believed that there were some things about their lives that they couldn't change.  You get to make many choices in your life.  One of them is what you will be when you grow up.  Tell me about that.  Write an expository paragraph (not a story/narrative) about your choice of profession.  Remember 7 sentences.
